In Carolina Girls News : Expanding Baby, Gourmet, & More In-Store!

Happy September, Charleston! 

We kicked off the new month by taking on a weekend-long project : re-merchandising the entire store! Over Labor Day weekend, we moved nearly every fixture & brand inside our 8,000 sq ft location - a true testament to what GIRL POWER can do! 

So what's new? 

We expanded our baby section by double!

Our customers have always loved our selection of baby gifts - so expanding our footprint in baby was the first order of business in-store. We are obsessed with the fresh, open floor-plan, including a brand new Jellycat corner! Jellycat is a brand that has truly taken the hearts of babies, toddlers, young adults, and more. These stuffed animal characters bring so much joy, and they needed more space to shine! With expansion, comes the opportunity to add more baby apparel, books, gifts & more - hooray! Gourmet expanded & and is even more beautiful!

Charleston gifts & local gourmet are the reason why many of our customers have found us throughout the years. At Carolina Girls, we champion local brands. We carry an array of Charleston items, like benne wafers from local business Charleston Foods, to cookbooks from local chefs & authors like Rodney Scott of Rodney Scott's BBQ. On The Move : Scout, Bath & Body, Drinkware & More! 

When we took this project on, we knew we wanted to expand and brighten the furthest corner of the store to make it even more inviting. Enter...Scout Bags! The colorful & functional bags we all know and love. Now spotlighted on the opposite side of the store, studded by fabulously colorful & welcoming brands like Old Whaling Company, Frank Green, Glasshouse Fragrances, Lilly Pulitzer & more. This upgrade has been one of our favorites to-date. See it for yourself!
